"Justice is Not to have a look on the Law Books and
decide the case in Black & White way, although it's fact of our
judiciary. In my judgement, there is nothing Black & White as such. Because
each and every case, happening around us, have it's background which generally
get over looked, a lot of reasons can be given. Each and every Crime or Case
has it's background which is the function of the Social Structure and Way of
its functioning. So, Court of Law must consider it before giving it's final
assent on it, because Justice is Not just to give punishment or award but to
educate the society as a whole to prevent the inhuman ills and to promote the
peace and prosperity for all."
