तिहारी मार झेलती वंचित समाज की नारी

प्रिय बहुजन साथियों, 

भागलपुर बिहार में बिंदिया के साथ जो जघन्यता की गयी उसे सिर्फ महिला के साथ हुए अत्याचार के रूप में देखना भारतीय समाजिक व्यवस्था के जाति की सच्चाई को इंकार करना है!

महिला के साथ अन्याय हुआ है लेकिन ब्रहम्णी सामाजिक व्यवस्था में बिंदी सिर्फ एक महिला नही है बल्कि एक वंचित जगत की मूलनिवासी महिला है!

एक लड़की का दिल्ली में गैंग रेप हुआ था तो जन-सैलाब उमड गया था लेकिन उसी समय तमाम वंचित जगत की महिलाओं के संग जघन्यतम रेप हुआ लेकिन समाज शान्त रहा, क्यों?

यदि दिल्ली गैंग रेप के लिए उमडा जन-सैलाब महिला सम्मान, सुरक्षा व हक के लिए होता तो उसमें दिल्ली गैंग रेप के साथ वंचित जगत की महिलाओं के साथ हुआ जघन्यतम अत्याचार भी काउण्ट होता लेकिन ऐसा नही हुआ, क्यों? क्योंकि दिल्ली गैंग रेप के खिलाफ उमडा जन-सैलाब सिर्फ और सिर्फ सवर्ण महिलाओं के लिए ही था! हाय-तौबा करने वाले लोग भी सवर्ण थे! प्रचारित-प्रसारित करने वाला मीडियातंत्र भी सवर्ण ही था!

भारत में महिलाओं के साथ हो रहे कुल अत्याचारों में मूलनिवासी समाज की महिलाओं के साथ ही अधिकतर अत्याचार क्यों होते हैं! आकडों पर गौर करे तो हम पाते हैं कि भारत में होने वाले अधिकतर अत्याचार जाति आधारित ही क्यों होता है! हर घण्टे दो-तीन मूलनिवासी समाज की महिलाओं के साथ बलात्कार होता है, क्यों? इसके पीछे समाजिक, राजनैतिक व आर्थिक कारण गिनाये जा सकते हैं लेकिन ये याद रहना चाहिए कि - All Social, Cultural, Economic and Political Reasons, behind the all kind of Atrocities with Moolnivasi Bahujan Samajh, are function of the Caste. And, I firmly and Strongly believe that If root cause is Caste then Treatment must be Based on Caste, Not the Symptoms only.

I admit the Gender Discrimination. But in Indian Social Structure, Caste Discrimination is Primary Cause and Gender Discrimination is Secondary.

Since, Last Three Month I am Reviewing the files sitting inside the Higher Judiciary, I found the almost all Cases regarding Rape, Gang Rape, Molestation and other are belong to SC Women, Why?

We have to raise our voice based on root cause, Not just on the basis of symptoms only. Even today, Brahmanical People consider their Females as Women, and SC-ST-OBC Women just as their property. Do you still think that it is just gender issue? No Sir, It's Caste issue first and gender issue & rest later.

Yes, to have Mass support and to sensitize the people and the institutions of Justice, Administration & Governance, One can make it Gender issue primary and Caste issue as secondary. But, One must remember that in reality All these are Caste issue First.

One may blame us Castiest, But We don't care.
