Issue of Red Beacon : A Populist & Political Game

Indians have voted to their leadership on the name of caste , religion , language , region & most importantly for personal gain and rumours . And at the same time , Political leaders have exploited all these for their own personal gain. But , No one have never cared about the respect of  Constitution ,  Constitutional Institutions & posts etc. Several times SC has crossed its own jurisdiction to show that only SC & other Judicial Bodies are functioning and Rest are Sleeping. Judicial Activism has taken the shape of Judicial Hyper Activism which is nothing but Violation of Constitution by its own guardian. Opening of mouth by tiny organizations like CBI , which want to function on its own terms & conditions. Our Honorable Parliamentarians has manufactured new conventions for House as Disruption ( and forget the Fundamentals of House as Debate , Discussion , Dissent  & Decision with Discipline & Decorum ) in general and the opposition specially BJP has invented new trends as  " Disruption of House & to oppose all the movements of Govt. only for the sake of opposition ( as they are going to remain in Opposition forever ) and also invention of New decorum as " to Come in the Middle of House and Make the Holi Hangama and Throw the paper or whatever is possible to their peers " in particular are the Single Most Significant Contribution by Indian Parliament in general and Opposition BJP & Company in particular to the Democratic System for the world.

Now a days , Red beacon is the burning issue in Indian atmosphere. Like politicians , our SC has also passed a lot of populist judgment on the name of public welfare which includes linking of all rivers , dictation for 2G allocation , SIT , setting up Enquiry Panel regarding Sexual Harassment Case by Mr. Ganguly ( and further restrain itself from further action ) without caring Doctrine of Seperation of Power , LGBT Rights Case and now Red Beacon etc. Now newly emerged political party AAP & its chief Kajriwal has also acted in same way as other politicians to gain the support and vote of crowds of India. Mr. Kajriwal has said that Neither he will use red beacon nor any other functionaries will use. Further , Even He denied the Government Residence & Security for Honorable CM. And , Most importantly Indian Peoples are very happy to learn all these foolish & stupids !!!

But here , We want to know that Who is kejriwal to deny the Government Residence , Security , VVIP Status & Red Beacon for the Honorable CM ? Indian Population & Mr. Kajriwal must understand that Government Residence , Security , VVIP Status & Red Beacon is given to Honorable CM , Not to any individual who is holding that particular office for example Mr. Kejriwal. Further , Indian Crowd must know that Honorable CM  is the Leader of  State , Chief Crisis Manager of State , Political Head of State & Head of Government etc. The post of Honorable CM represents the peoples of the state. Politically , Democratically & Conceptually in our Governing System , All the Dignity & Respect of peoples of state lies in the post of Honorable CM. The Red Beacon , Security , Government Residence , VVIP Status and other facilities are given for that Dignity & Respect that lies in that particular Post or Office , Not for Mr. Kejriwal or any other individual. If Mr. Kejriwal think that Red Beacon , Security , Government Residence , VVIP Status and other facilities are given to him or any other individual then he is wrong. And , If anyone think that removing Red Beacon , Security , Government Residence & VVIP Status etc. will help to improve the efficiency & effectiveness of government , then he is also wrong. Contrary to all these stupids & foolish dictates , We think that Red Beacon , Security , Government Residence , VVIP Status and other facilities given to any particular Post , Institution or Office represents the Responsibilities & Duties vested in that particular Post , Institution & Office and Importance of that post in Our System of Governance. And , if peoples , any individual or officials are interpreting it in other way round then it is the mistake in Interpretation , NOT is Red Beacon , Security , Government Residence , VVIP Status and other well established conventions & precedents.

Next , It is also a well established fact that the VVIP culture & Red Beacon has been grossly misused & abused by individuals who holds the office. So , There is Need to reform the mindset of those individuals , who are misusing & abusing the office & official Status. And , There is NO need to play with the Honorable Posts  , Offices and Institutions by making populist decisions & dictations for their political gains. All Honorable Officers must understand that Red Beacon & other facilities are only for office & official purpose ( because of Responsibilities & Duties vested in that particular post &; office along with the Importance of that Office in the System of Governance ) , NOT for anything else. For this , There is need to reform the Mindset of population of India & Conical Mindset of Public Officers , which needs Proper Training , rather than to remove Red Beacon , to deny Government Residence and Security & other facilities etc. Today , They are saying that  Red Beacon , Security , Government Residence & VVIP Status is a problem in governance , Tomorrow they will say that the Posts , Offices & Institutions of Honorable CM , PM , CJI , CAG , CEC etc are also problem. Then What ... Remove the all these Honorable Constitutional Posts , Offices & Institutions !!! Is it the Solution ??? If People will go for this type of solution then This type of problems will get created & also emerge every day and will go in a Chain Reaction and will destroy the whole system. Crowds of India & Political Leaders of Nation must know that there is NO contamination in the Offices , Posts & Institutions , But the Pollution & Contamination lies in the Minds of Indian Crowds from where all these Office Bearers are Elected or Selected. There is Need to Reform , Program , Change & to Train the Mind of Crowds in general & New Recruits in particular. If Still , Anyone think only about Red Beacon , Security , Government Residence , VVIP status & other facilities given to Honorable Posts , Offices & Institutions then He is just fooling the Crowds & playing only for political gain. End result will be same as before. 

We think , if anything is going wrong then there is problem in the mindset of people who are holding that particular post & office , NOT in the System itself. System is Neutral in itself. The system will function in Happy & Healthy way , if the Office Bearers are of Good Spirit. And , same system will become Ugly & Sick , if its Office Bearers are of Bad Spirit & Corrupt mentality. Overall , there is the need of reform in the Training of Recruits before their appointment & Posting. And Further , Need of Rationality , Accountability & Transparency in appointment procedures rather than playing with the Dignity & Respect of any particular Offices , Posts and Institutions only just for the sake political gain or Media Highlights.
