There
are two types of Advocates in India-
1) Who fight for Justice, h
(Justice does Not include to save the criminals).
2) Who fight just to save their clients, do not matter for
them that their clients have committed the Crime. Unfortunately, Corridors of
Justice have full of these types of Advocates. Advocates
are the People who helps the Court to do the Justice and the People to have the
Justice. But, these very Advocates have shrinked themselves to mere a pimp of
Law. Unfortunate for Rule of Law, Constitutional Spirit and the Democracy. Ultimately,
What matters is the Interests of the Litigants in accordance with the Spirit of
Justice, rather than what is written inside the Books of Laws only.
